All right guys, Im telling you all right now that it is ON!!  I need all y'all's help with operation next year's marathon and happy cruise body....  So, I'm doing somethig different with my blog... I'm going to post my workout week up here, with the hopes that it will hold me accountable to actually do it.  Now you may think that I'm crazy, but I promise you that I'm not... I actually do like to work out and I LOVE to run.  I just get to a point of not planning it and then I get myself in trouble!!  So, here's the workout for the week... and then I'll tell you all how I did!!!

Monday: Run 2 miles... then the Jillian Michaels crazy Circuit Workout (5 circuits of INSANITY!!!)
Tuesday: Run 2 miles... then the Second Jillian Michaels crazy Circuit Workout (another 5 circuites to work on the back half of the body...)
Wednesday: REST DAY (cause you DO need them)
Thursday: Run 2miles... then the Jillian Circuit Workout from Monday.
Friday: ... I'm going to see Kate Voegele, so no workout afterschool today!
Saturday: Work at the Eagle ALL DAY... so no workout that day either.
Sunday: Run 4/5 miles... we'll see how I feel, and then pick my distance.

All right... there you go.  Not too crazy and not sitting on my butt either, so that makes me happy!

haha sounds like on crazy week! I think its a wonderful idea you posting your exercise plan on here.

Lucky! I saw Kate Voegele last year and she is amazing! I hope that you have a wonderful time :)
